What You Can Expect
Step 1:
Contact
Contact us via email, phone or by filling in your details above.
Amy will then get in touch to learn more about your family, the support you are looking for, and how our OT’s can best support your child.
Step 2:
Meet your OT
Once the Initial Appointment is confirmed, you will receive our intake questionnaire via email.
Our OTs will use your upcoming appointment to begin establishing this relationship, while gathering valuable information to assist in their planning.
Step 3:
Therapy & Assessment
Once the OT has met your family, we can guide you in what we believe would be best for your child.
This may be an assessment, a Therapy Plan Report or begin ongoing therapy.
Step 4:
Engage, Progress and Review
Over the course of therapy, the OT will continue to review your child's goals and progress, making any adjustments necessary.
The therapist will engage you in conversations about progress and goal reviews. Working with your child's support team.
