ZAC JESSUP
Director and Senior Occupational Therapist
Zac completed his Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) degree in 2012 at the University of South Australia. Zac has over 10 years experience working with neurodivergent children, including Autistic children, ADHDers, PDA and sensory processing differences. Zac also has experience supporting children with Developmental Delays, children experiencing anxiety or having difficulty with broader skills of daily life such as toileting, motor skills and participation. Zac is passionate about disability justice and advocacy and enjoys building authentic relationships with children, learning about their strengths and interests while supporting them to reach their potential.
Zac is calm, friendly and patient, a considerate problem solver and values clear communication. Zac enjoys learning from the lived experience of the Neurodivergent community and sharing these insights with the families he supports.
Zac likes to spend his time with his family, going to the beach, surfing and building things.

LAUREN ALEXANDER
Occupational Therapist
Lauren completed her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2022 at Griffith University on the Gold Coast. While studying, Lauren worked as a support worker and has gained valuable skills in supporting people to live fulfilling and meaningful lives. Lauren has a passion for paediatrics and has experience working with Neurodivergent children, including Autistic children, ADHDers, PDA and children with sensory processing differences.
Lauren is experienced in tailoring therapy sessions to the strengths and interests of the children she works with, creating meaningful and purposeful experiences that enable goal achievement.
Lauren is a kind and bubbly therapist. She seeks to be collaborative with families and strives towards ensuring that clients have a sense of belonging and choice, so they feel safe and valued during sessions.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys hanging out with friends and family, watching the footy and exploring new and fun recipes!

TRACEY - LEIGH EDWARDS
Occupational Therapist
Tracey completed her Bachelor of Health Science in Occupational Therapy in 2017, at Auckland University of Technology in Auckland, New Zealand. Since then she has worked with children, adolescents and older adults. Tracey is experienced working with Neurodivergent children, including Autistic children, ADHDers, ARFID and feeding differences, children with Developmental Delays, sensory processing differences and children experiencing Anxiety. Tracey is highly skilled using telehealth to connect with children and families, engaging them using their interests, strengths and through collaboration.
Tracey is a kind, friendly and enthusiastic therapist. She is passionate about helping children understand their Neurodivergence, developing their self advocacy and identifying valuable accommodations for home, school and daily life. Tracey works closely with families to help them further understand their child's needs so they can live an authentic and fulfilling life.
Outside of work Tracey enjoys getting creative! She plays the guitar, loves to draw and exercises most days.

Wade De Souza
Occupational Therapist
Wade completed his Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2025 at Southern Cross University. Whilst studying, Wade worked as an Occupational Therapy Cadet at Gold Coast University Hospital and a support worker, learning valuable skills to help support people in a diverse range of clinical and community settings.
Whilst at University, Wade also gained invaluable paediatric experience through placements, helping to provide support and advocate for children and their families with developmental and behavioural concerns within the Queensland community.
Wade's strengths lie in his communication and rapport-building skills, which enable him to build and maintain personal yet professional relationships with all his clients. Due to his fun, approachable, and empathetic nature, therapy sessions are both enjoyable and engaging for children, while also being underpinned by underlying meaning and goal-driven approaches.
Outside of work, Wade enjoys being outdoors, participating in activities such as surfing, golf, and fishing. He is equally passionate about music, DJing, spending time with friends and family, and supporting his favourite football team, Leeds United.

Amy is head of all things creative. Inspired by Australian natives, Our Children's Occupational Therapy represents our kind, approachable nature and thoughtful service.
Amy likes to start the day with an early walk in sunshine, coffee and slow days with her daughter Rowie and trusty sidekick Luna.

Assistant Director
Head of all cuddles, Luna is a sleepy, sun chasing whippet who loves skipping along the beach. Luna's favourite food is bbq chicken and her favourite movie is The Secret Life Of Pets.
