Tiahna is a compassionate and playful Occupational Therapist who is passionate about supporting children to feel understood, confident, and empowered in their everyday lives. She values building strong, authentic relationships with children and families and believes therapy is most meaningful when children feel safe, connected, and free to be themselves.
Using a neurodiversity-affirming and strengths-based approach, Tiahna supports children with emotional regulation, sensory processing, social participation, motor skills, and daily living challenges. She enjoys working collaboratively with families, educators, and support teams to create practical and individualised strategies that help children thrive across home, school, and community environments.
Tiahna brings a calm and warm presence to her sessions and loves incorporating children’s interests into therapy to make sessions engaging, playful, and meaningful. She is particularly passionate about supporting regulation, connection, and confidence through movement, play, and relationship-based practice.
Families often describe Tiahna as approachable, thoughtful, and easy to connect with. She feels privileged to walk alongside children and families as they navigate challenges, celebrate strengths, and build skills in ways that feel authentic and empowering.
Outside of work, Tiahna enjoys going to the gym, spending time at the beach, travelling, and staying active outdoors.
